All work carried out meets the British Standard for Tree Work BS 3998:2010
We are equipped to work in all situations and surroundings, trained, insured and we do all necessary checks to ensure any tree that needs attention is not protected.
We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service to order to guarantee that all of our clients are 100% satisfied.
Payment is always taken after the Job is completed although a small 20% deposit is taken to secure the job. We ask for a minimum of 'Two days' notice if a job needs to be moved or cancelled. Failing to meet this requirement deposit will not be refunded if we can not fill your day with another other job.
